CLIENT INFORMATION

Order & commission terms

These terms describe the default ordering and commission process. Any written proposal or invoice-specific terms may add to them.

1. Order and project scope

\n

The submitted product configuration, invoice items, reference materials, dimensions, medium, deliverables, schedule, and usage rights together define the order scope. Work outside that scope may require additional pricing or time.

\n

2. Deposits and payments

\n

Deposits reserve studio time and ordinarily become non-refundable after work begins, except where required otherwise by applicable law or expressly stated in the proposal. Remaining payments are due according to the milestones shown in the client portal.

\n

3. Revisions

\n

The proposal states the included number of revision rounds. Requests should be consolidated and submitted through the portal. Additional revisions or major changes to an approved direction may be quoted separately.

\n

4. Schedule

\n

Estimated dates depend on timely payment, references, approvals, and feedback. Client delays may move the project to the next available studio opening.

\n

5. Approval

\n

Typed approvals and portal records document acceptance of sketches, milestones, final artwork, or terms. Approval authorizes Jordan to continue to the next stage.

\n

6. Copyright and usage

\n

Jordan retains copyright unless a written license or assignment expressly states otherwise. Personal-use commissions do not automatically include commercial reproduction, resale, merchandising, or brand use.

\n

7. Physical artwork and shipping

\n

Where applicable, packaging, shipping, insurance, customs, delivery risk, and address confirmation will be described in the proposal. The client is responsible for supplying an accurate delivery address.

\n

8. Cancellation

\n

If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work and committed costs may be billed. Any refund or remaining amount is determined from the written proposal, work completed, and applicable law.

\n

9. Portfolio display

\n

Jordan may display completed work in a portfolio or social media unless confidentiality is agreed in writing. Personal contact details and private reference materials will not be published.

\n

10. Contact
